Publishing on Get Qurio

Get Qurio is a home for AI-made stories. These terms apply to every creator who uploads a title, on top of our Terms.

Your rights

  • You only upload work you made or have every right to publish: the pictures, voices, music, fonts and story. That includes the rights the AI tools you used give you.
  • You keep ownership of your work. You give Get Qurio a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, stream, show and promote it on Get Qurio (posters, stills and short clips included) while it’s published, and for a short time after for backups and records.
  • You can ask us to take a title down at any time.

AI-made, and labelled

  • Everything on Get Qurio is made with AI tools, and every title page says so with an “AI-made” label. Don’t present AI-made footage as real recordings of real events.
  • If your story is inspired by real events, say so in the synopsis, and keep fact and fiction clearly apart.

Real people

  • No real person’s face, voice, name or likeness without their written consent. That includes public figures, deepfakes and voice clones.
  • We may ask you to show that consent. Without it, the title comes down.

What’s not allowed

  • Anything illegal, and anything sexual involving minors, ever.
  • Sexually explicit content, hate or harassment, content that encourages violence or self-harm, or that targets a person or group.
  • Content that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark, spam, scams, malware, or misleading titles and artwork.
  • Political or medical misinformation presented as fact.

Review and removal

  • Every title is reviewed by the Get Qurio team before it goes live, and nothing is public without approval.
  • Get Qurio may decline, hide or remove any title, and close creator access, at any time, including after a report from a viewer or a rights holder. Where we can, we tell you why.
  • Viewers pay Get Qurio for the plan, and Get Qurio decides which titles are free and which are in the plan.

Payment

  • There are no creator payouts at launch: publishing on Get Qurio is unpaid. If that changes, we’ll publish the new terms here first, and they will only apply from then on.
  • Uploads are limited by a storage quota per creator.
